At Every Step Chiropractic, we believe that true transformation starts from within. Through nervous system-centered chiropractic care, we help you and your loved ones unlock your body’s natural ability to heal, grow, and thrive. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to function at your best—every step of the way. Your family’s health, well-being, and happiness are at the heart of everything we do!
At Every Step Chiro, we don’t just treat symptoms—we help your body adapt, heal, and thrive. Chiropractic care is more than just relief; it’s about creating lasting balance so you can feel and function at your best. Our approach focuses on shifting your nervous system from stress mode (fight or flight) to a state of healing (rest and digest), allowing your body to regulate and recover naturally. Through precise, scientific adjustments, we remove tension from the nervous system, restoring proper function and supporting you at every step of your health journey.
The foundation of a family’s health is built during the prenatal period, and exceptional chiropractic care supports moms from conception through postpartum, promoting balance, comfort, and overall well-being.
Our expertise in pediatric chiropractic care sets us apart, delivering remarkable results for fussy and colicky infants, chronically sick children, and those with sensory and spectrum challenges. By providing gentle, effective care during these critical developmental years, we help children adapt to everyday stressors, build resilience, and grow into thriving, healthy adults. Because a strong foundation in health today leads to a brighter, healthier future.
Many parents feel burnt out and exhausted, but with the right care, they can experience better sleep, more energy, and true well-being. By restoring the body’s natural function and removing interference, we help you heal, feel your best, and show up fully for what matters most. We’ve seen incredible transformations—freedom from pain, better sleep, and renewed health—because your body was designed to thrive.
I always knew I wanted to be in healthcare—specifically in prevention—and originally planned to become a pediatrician. But when I was introduced to chiropractic in college, everything changed. I started getting adjusted regularly to keep up with my active lifestyle, and I’ll never forget the day my mom and I walked out of an appointment, and I said, “I feel like a new person.” That was the moment I realized that true prevention doesn’t come from medicine—it starts with the nervous system, and chiropractic is the key.
Growing up, I relied on daily medications for hormonal issues and chronic, weekly migraines. But under nervous-system-focused chiropractic care, my body finally began to heal. I was able to come off all medications, and that transformation ignited a deep passion in me—to bring hope and answers to moms, parents, and children navigating their own health struggles.
With a strong focus on pediatrics, pregnancy, and family wellness, I built Every Step Chiro to empower families to take charge of their health and unlock their full potential. I am especially passionate about supporting women through preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum, as well as caring for their little ones from the very start.
I’m honored to serve in this way, and I can’t wait to meet you!
